To facilitate public visits, the venue implements a real-name reservation system. Starting from October 11, citizens can log in to the "武汉市民热线" WeChat mini program, select "参观预约" under "便民服务" on the homepage, follow the prompts to fill in personal information and choose the visit date and time slot to complete the reservation.
Opening Hours:
National holidays and Saturdays/Sundays: 9:00-17:00 (weekdays temporarily closed).
Daily Visiting Time Slots (5 slots total):
9:00-10:00, 10:30-11:30, 13:00-14:00, 14:30-15:30, 16:00-17:00.
Guided Tours:
Guided tours will be provided during the 10:30-11:30 and 14:30-15:30 time slots.
Reservation Rules:
Citizens must present valid identification documents to make a real-name reservation 7 days in advance via the official platform. Each WeChat account may reserve up to 3 visitors per visit date. After submitting a reservation, approval results will be sent via WeChat service notifications. Successful reservations require visitors to present the original identification documents used during booking and enter the venue on time according to the scheduled time slot. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry.
The "Wuhan Citizen Hotline 12345" platform is the sole official reservation channel for this venue. No third-party agencies or individuals are authorized to handle reservations. The venue does not provide public parking services; visitors are advised to use public transportation for convenience.
