Reservation Guide for Yangtze Culture & Arts Season Opening

To enable the general public to participate in this cultural extravaganza safely, comfortably, and conveniently, a reservation mini-program for the viewing area in the Riverbank Park for the opening ceremony has been launched. Citizens who wish to watch the event on-site are kindly requested to make reservations in advance and present their electronic reservation vouchers to enter the designated viewing area.

1.On the homepage of the reservation system, you can view various notices, including temporary traffic restrictions, drone control measures, and safety tips for watching the event. Click the "Reserve Now for Free" - "I Have Read" buttons to enter the reservation interface.

2.Accurately fill in your real name, valid ID number, mobile phone number, and the time slot for entry. If you need to bring family members or friends along (you can add up to 3 accompanying persons), click the "Add Accompanying Person" button and fill in the real name and valid ID number of each accompanying person in sequence.

3.Select the viewing area and the specific entrance according to the system prompts (click on the map to view the specific location).

4.After carefully checking that all the information filled in is correct, click "Confirm Reservation" to complete the operation.

5.Once the reservation is successful, the system will generate an electronic reservation voucher containing a QR code. Please keep it safe as it is an important basis for entry on the day of the event.

6.Each ID can only be used to make a successful reservation once for this event. If your itinerary changes, you can apply to cancel the reservation or modify the viewing area. The number of reservations for each area and time slot is limited. The system will allocate them in the order of submission until all slots are filled.

7.On the day of the event, the primary reservee and all accompanying persons must bring their electronic reservation vouchers and enter through the reserved gate according to the reserved entry time slot. The staff will verify the reservation vouchers (QR codes) of the entrants. To prevent congestion at the entrance, please open the reservation code in advance and actively cooperate with the staff for verification.

8.No fees will be charged for reservation and entry to the event.

Special Tip: The fireworks display and drone light show during the opening ceremony will mainly be presented high above the Yangtze River, offering a wide viewing area. If citizens fail to successfully reserve a spot in the Riverbank Park, they can choose to watch from open areas along the two rivers and four banks.
